The Searcy Team started in 1977 when Don and Gwen Searcy, then active in civic life in Lincoln and throughout the state of Nebraska, ventured into the Real Estate business. Quickly becoming Lincoln's most successful couple in Real Estate, the Searcys encouraged their son Jeff to join them, forming The Searcy Team in 1990. The Searcy Team formed a vision for an entirely new and successful concept in real estate service, providing "more for your money" by approaching real estate as a group endeavor to provide the highest caliber service to buyers and sellers.
Now, after 30 years, the Searcy Team continues into its third generation. Don and Gwen Searcy's vision and legacy are carried on by Jeff Searcy, his wife Mary, their daughter Hannah, and Jeff's brother, Dan Searcy. The Searcy Team is proud to include additional Realtors and staff: Steve Heironymus, Michael Butcher, Mary Ryan, Julie Mueller and Becky McHenry.
